What you should be expected to do before having your child complete their first Zumba class

Listed below is an overview of what is expected of you as the child's or children's parents or guardians to ensure their overall comfort and safety in each and every class. It is highly important to read this information carefully and thoroughly before attending their very first class, as this will help in preparing both you and your child for a positive and productive learning experience.

Waiver

Please ensure the waiver is completed before attending the class. This allows me to have the necessary contact information and be aware of anything that may affect your child’s participation in Zumba. Your child won’t be able to join the class until the form is submitted. Completing it also secures their place, as spaces are limited.

Appropriate clothing

Zumba is a form of fitness, so make sure that your child or children are prepared for their class by wearing clothing that is breathable and easy to move about in, along with comfortable shoes, as they will be on their feet for the whole of the class.

Water and food

The classes won't have any breaks, so please be aware that your child should not bring any snacks with them. It's required that they bring water with them to stay hydrated throughout the class. If your child feels like they need a break, then they are free to sit on the side for as long as necessary, and join back in when they're ready!

Parking at venues

There is free parking available at all of these venues, which means you aren't restricted to just walking around the area. You can drive there without worrying about parking fees, allowing you greater flexibility to attend various classes.
